It's a condom

Didn't really use this item as intended, but great product. Also great for anything you may need a heavy duty ballon for. Personally I like that it keeps dust and crap out of my rifle barrel, and if if clean it with soap and water then fill it with CLP (clean lubricate and protect) then let my parts sit in it over night it takes carbon right off.
